The corporate strategy of Azure Resources Corporation ("Azure") is to progressively build shareholder value in the international oil and gas sector by developing "risked" late stage exploration, early stage development and secondary recovery projects. In Q1, 2011 Azure entered into the international hydrocarbon sector through a late stage exploration/development natural gas project in the Thrace Basin, Turkey with nearby pipeline infrastructure in place. In August, 2011 Azure entered into a Letter of Intent on a late stage exploration/development oil project covering two licence areas in Kazakhstan. Management has financed and successfully brought forward prior international projects.
