Azure Resources Corporation ("Azure" or the "Company") is a Vancouver, British Columbia based public company involved in exploration of copper, gold and production of diamonds. Azure has three mining projects.

1. Barit-Hunkui, Copper-Gold Project, Gilgit, Pakistan.
2. Aredor, Diamond Producing Mine, Republic of Guinea.
3. Joint Venture, Diamond Exploration (Kimberlite Project) with Tinto Botswana (a subsidiary of Rio Tinto), Kokong, Botswana

The Company operates the 85% owned Aredor alluvial diamond mine in the Republic of Guinea.
